The Coll des Pi is a Mallorcan family estate of almost 60,000m2. located on one of the most beautiful coasts in the world, in the heart of the natural paradise of the Sierra de Tramuntana (World Heritage Site).
Its location makes it a very special farm, located on the top of a small hill, surrounded by mountains and the sea for its 360º. The experience of being between the sea and the mountains at the same time makes it magical. The farm is surrounded by olive and almond trees and the "dry stone walls" prehistoric art of building walls without any material , are present throughout the surroundings of the farm.
In the morning from the terrace you can enjoy a great breakfast with spectacular views of the wonderful blue sea that covers the entire Tramuntana coast.
As the sun sets and night falls, time stops and the magic begins. Starry nights encompass everything. You just have to look at the sky from the terrace or any other area of the house and let yourself go in the company of your friends or family. Calm takes over the night. From the terrace you can see the town illuminated and if there is a moon the mountains are dyed with its glow. Popular sources say that the meaning of Estellencs is related to the number of stars seen at night.
The terrace is one of the spaces to see the three elements who define the Coll d'en Pi country house: Sea, Mountain, Village. Unforgettable Sunset, stars nights and the bright of the village.

The Solarium is also a multipurpose space for holiday use or for the realization of retreats where the yoga practice or meditation can be taught.
You can refresh yourself on the swimming pool and then relax on the chill out space or take the sun in the pool lounger.
The solarium is one of the better spaces on the country house where you can relax yourself.
The little ones will be able to enjoy the game in nature. We put the spaces and they your imagination.
The tree house is one of the most special spaces for children.

Walking through the olive grove area will take you in a few minutes to a place where you can contemplate a wonderful view and sunset of the Tramuntana coast.
Arbolar is a work by the Mallorcan sculptor, Nano Valdes (1969). Childhood friend. We commissioned him the project in 2016: Arbolar.
We wanted a space suspended in a special tree and after 3 months of work he surprised with this marvel. Nano valdés is known for his works with which you can interact with them. It is a privilege to have on our farm one of his works in which young and old can give free rein to their imagination when entering Arbolar.
In 2011, the space separated from the main house was renovated, which was the old original house where a family lived more than 150 years ago.
Even today it preserves the fireplace where they cooked, as well as its exposed stone walls.
This space is today the Dojo of the Meditation Center, Mindfulness Mallorca, a renovated space for the group practice of seated meditation or Zazen as well as other practices: Yoga, Mindfulness, etc.
From inside the space, through its large window, you can see the picturesque town of Estellencs.
It is equipped with bathroom, fireplace and air conditioning.
